Accenture's Security practice helps
organizations work through complex business and technology issues to provide a
straightforward approach to information security. Our security professionals
bring deep technology skills and industry knowledge to any organization and
work closely with clients to design and implement a security solution closely
tied to business objectives.

**Data Loss Prevention & PrivacySenior Manager:**

Our consultants identify and
evaluate security gaps and will help to create security project plans. They
also anticipate security requirements and identify sound security controls for
applications, systems, processes and organizations. Our consultants can easily
work with non-security teams to integrate security controls on projects.


The data protection and privacy
manager would participate as member of delivery team that would be responsible
for the following project activities but not limited to: developing project
plans, defining project goals and objectives, developing project related
deliverables, conduct workshops to:

- Define technical and business requirements for data
protection solutions.

- Develop business processes and policies related to controlling access to

- Develop data protection strategies, architectures and implementation plans.

- Implement data protection solutions.

**Key Responsibilities may include:**

• Responsible for supporting the
delivery of Accenture's Security offerings related to information security with
a focus on data protection programs planning, policies and procedures
development, data classification, data privacy, risk assessments, and
implementation of programs and solutions

• Security generalist familiar with
security and privacy frameworks, compliance (security & privacy)
requirments and security and privacy department planning and operations

• Ability to lead junior security

• Conversant in basic project
management principles and project quality methods

• Preference for at least one
current recognized security professional certification such as CISSP, CISM,
CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

• Preference for at least one
current recognized technical certification such as Symantec CSP in Data
Protection, Certified McAfee Security Specialis or Expert, or RSA Certified
McAfee Security Specialist (CMSS - DLP Focus), Websense Data Security Suite
(DSS) Professional, Informatica Certified Specialist or Expert, or RSA

• Ability to travel 100%

**Additional responsibilities mayInclude:**

•Working directly with clients and
Accenture teams to design and implement program strategies for data protection
and data privacy, data classification, digital rights management, data masking,
encryption, encryption, and industry or regulatory compliance

•Performing requirements analysis
and devleoping strategies and solutions for information and data governance

•Peforming data protection and data
privacy risk assessments and creating current state assessment, gap analyses,
and strategic implementation roadmaps

•Peforming risk remediation
cost-benefit-analysis for a variety of solutions

•Ability to understand client
business objectives and create optimized information security organizations to
meet business needs while reducing risk to revenu

•Ability to show return on
investment and business process improvements for investments in data protection
and privacy, security programs and technologies

•Ability to develop and integrate
security and privacy metrics and reporting programs for key security, privacy,
risk, compliance, and service continuity indicators

•Ability to translate technical
requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders

•Ability to streamline operations,
while maintaining compliance with legal, best-practice and regulatory

•Ability to align business process
and functional requirements with data protection and privacy programs



Basic Qualifications:

•Minimum of 8 years experience
in Information Technology

•Minimum of 5 years of security

•Minimum of 5 years management

•Minimum of 5 years experience
in designing, developing, implementing, and managing a data protection or data
privacy program

•Minimum of 4 years experience
of DLP, DRM, Data Masking with at least one or combination of the following
vendors - Symantec DLP, Websense DSS, RSA DLP, McAfee, Verdasys, GigaTrust,
Informatica, Voltage, or Securonix

•Minimum of 4 years experience
related to at least two of the following: risk assessments, security and
privacy policy development, data protection or security strategy, general IT,
data privacy and security controls development, sensitive data inventory,
compliance readiness (i/e PCI, GAAP, SOX, HIPPA, GLBA) or technical security

•Minimum Bachelor's Degree

**Preferred Skills:**

•Strongly prefer experience in
assessing or building a data protection and privacy programs, data
classification skills, and data inventory experience

•Understanding of privacy/data
privacy standards and regulations both domestic and global (GAAP, NIST 800-53,
HIPPA, HiTrust, Privacy by Design, EU Data Protection Directives, APEC Privacy

•Knowledge of security vendors and
security product capabilities

•Experience with project management

•Exposure to multiple Data
Protection solutions and technologies including - Data Loss Prevention (DLP),
Data Masking/Tokenization, Digital Rights Management, Data Classification, and
Data Encryption

•MBA or relevant MS preferred
