Digital CRM Marketing Senior Solution Engineer

Work you’ll do
A Senior Solution Engineer at Deloitte works within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.

The team

You’ll be part of a global client engagement team, working side by side with our clients to deliver state-of-the-art sales and marketing technology solutions and features for one of the world’s leading brands.

Qualifications
Required:

  • 4+ years of consulting experience and/or Marketing project implementation experience.
  • 3+ full life cycle projects with strong expertise in 2 of the following technologies:
    • Marketing Automation (ExactTarget (SF Marketing Cloud), Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo, Unica)
    • SP’s (Adobe Media Optimizer, DoubleClick, Media Math)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent years experience
Preferred:
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Breadth of experience with marketing automation packages and data
  • Experience with Wave Analytics or Lightening
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
  • Robotics process automation, AI, and related technologies or packages (Blue Prism)
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
