Job Description






SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.






SAP-Hybris and Sales & Distribution design, implement and deploy SAP downstream oil and gas solutions for deal capture, risk management, scheduling, inventory projection, ticking and actualization, and settlement processes.











A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following



Responsibilities:








· Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.






· Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals. Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.






· Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.






· Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.






· Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.








Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
:
**



**·** **Minimum of 3 years of SAP Hybris implementation experience**



**·** **Minimum of 10 years of SAP core implementation experience in SAP Sales & Distribution**



**·** **Minimum of 10 years of business process improvement across most of the following process chains: Marketing-to-Lead, Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Contract/Quote, Contract/Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Invoice, and Invoice-to-Cash**



**·** **Minimum of 4 years of SAP CRM (or Salesforce.com) experience**



**·** **Minimum of 4 years of eCommerce, Contact / Call Center, or Customer Interaction Portals experience**



**·** **Minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience**



**·** **Minimum of 6 years Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, and/or Utilities industry experience**



**·** **Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills**



**·** **Minimum of 4 years of Consulting sales experience**



**·** **Bachelor’s Degree from College / University**



**·** **Minimum of 5 years of SAP project implementations**



**Preferred Qualifications**



**·** **Experience with implementing Salesforce.com is a plus, but not required if having SAP Hybris experience**



**·** **Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment**



**·** **Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Proven ability to estimate work and deliver projects on time and on budget**



**·** **Desire to work in an information systems environment**



**·** **Proven ability to work independently as well as with a team.**



**·** **Good communication skills, both written and oral.**
